Why are you the best suited for this position? (150 words)


I will bring a new perspective to the issues facing our city.


What are your top three areas of focus for your position?


1. Fiscal responsibility. 2. Transparency. 3.Responsible growth of our city.


What specifically are you going to do for each of your top three topics? (200 words)


1. Request council extensively review any and all financial decisions to be made for the city.

2. Ensure actions by council are made public whenever possible, during review, and after decisions.

3. Pursue businesses that will grow and prosper, while keeping the city’s comfort and charm intact.


If you are an incumbent, what is your best accomplishment?

If you are a challenger, what do you think needs to change from the current situation?

NOTE: She is a challenger.


I think we need fresh ideas and new perspectives. I plan to bring those to council.


What are your qualifications for this position? (150 words)


I am a lifetime resident of Carlisle. I graduated from Carlisle schools. I have over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. I am an open and honest person who is not afraid to share my thoughts and opinions in support of our city.


Property tax is one of the top issues for local residents. What are your thoughts on the current property tax issues? (150 words)


I do not think our senior population should continue to pay property taxes. Particularly those with very limited income.


State laws often impact our county and the funding of local project depends on the state budget. What is your relationship with the local state representatives and senator? (100 words)


I do not currently have those relationships. I am sure I can build them, and am looking forward to it.


How have you been involved in the community outside of politics?


I am a member of the Carlisle Lions Club and Carlisle Community Church. I was actively involved in working with and supporting the sports my sons were involved in. In those capacities, I have established excellent relationships with a number of local business owners.


Are you running as a slate or as a team with any of the other candidates?




Is there anything else you want the voters to know about you?


I love this city and its residents.
