Why are you the best suited for this position? (150 words)
Devoted to Lebanon to work towards continued success in financial security, controlled growth and safety for our citizens. Also long term resident that is available to the community and issues that arise. I have sponsored or been a part of sponsoring several items that have assisted residents with their concerns.
What are your top three areas of focus for your position?
Growth is a is a continues concern, aggregation and opportunity for Lebanon. Managing that growth to we can ensure maximum benefit for the community. With that ensuring our infrastructure supports that growth as well as our services that provide safety.
What specifically are you going to do for each of your top three topics? (200 words)
Continue to be diligent as developers approach our community and work with our city staff to ensure growth is managed in the best way for now and future generations. Continue to work with city staff to assist in providing the best infrastructure needs for the city. Provide our safety personnel with all the proper needs to maintain the top quality we already have.
If you are an incumbent, what is your best accomplishment?
If you are a challenger, what do you think needs to change from the current situation?

Lebanon has had tremendous growth and opportunities in These last four years. Having a say in the development and controlling standards in Zoning to allow smaller lots for more affordable housing has been something I am proud of Also, helping to pass a levy that allows for us to have a full time fully staffed fire team.
What are your qualifications for this position? (150 words)
Being a resident for most of of my 65 years as well as working my business in the community, allows me the access to many people and the ability to listen and learn from those people. I have also learned a lot in my past 4 years in city operations and will continue to grow in that area.
Property tax is one of the top issues for local residents. What are your thoughts on the current property tax issues? (150 words)
The bumps in property tax this year were too high and at some points unfair. I have been vocal as a citizen about my concerns and a need to change.
State laws often impact our county and the funding of local project depends on the state budget. What is your relationship with the local state representatives and senator? (100 words)
I believe we have a good relationship with both our state Representative Adam Mathews and Senator Steve Wilson. Both have ties with Lebanon. They both have been responsive to needs as requested.
How have you been involved in the community outside of politics?
I am on the Board of the Warren County Historical Society. Currently I am a representative on two Local HOA I am a representative on counselors advisory committee at the Warren County Career Center, I also assist several of our local agencies with support. My wife and I are in the beginning stages of a ministry where we assist residents in code violation issues.
Is there anything else you want the voters to know about you?
Basically, I love Lebanon, I absolutely Appreciate the support I received 4 years ago and would appreciate it again. I will continue to stress the conservative values our community holds that make Lebanon a Community people want to be a part of.
